TC Kids – Preschool
The Preschool Ministry does more than provide care and love for children while parents worship; every week, we strive to lay a Biblical foundation by teaching them that “God made you, God loves you, and Jesus wants to be your friend forever!”
Birth Thru Age 2
Dedicated volunteers look forward to loving and caring for precious little ones each week in our nursery, In the Beginning. Safe and secure Baby Rooms provide care for babies’ first year and are based on development: newborns, sitters, crawlers, & cruisers. Once a child is walking, he/she is assigned to a class based on birthdate.
Two Mother’s Rooms are available with a live feed to the Worship Center: one is located right outside the Worship Center and the other is in our secure In the Beginning environment next to Room 1.
3 Years – Pre-K
All programming is based on teaching 3 core truths: God made me, God loves me, and Jesus wants to be my friend forever! Preschoolers enjoy structured class time with a Bible story, craft, activities, snack, and playground time as well as a large group environment in The Castle Theater. Children are assigned to a class based on birthdate.
The Castle Theatre
During the school year, the Bible comes alive in this large group setting where girls are princesses, boys are mighty knights, and Jesus is King! From 10:45 – 11:15, preschoolers experience live worship, puppets, and drama that reinforce the same lesson taught in the classroom.
Sunday & Wednesday Nights
We will continue to serve your children during Adult Community Groups almost every Sunday and Wednesday evening as well as special events.
We have employment opportunities throughout the week in this area. If you are interested in applying to be a paid childcare worker or have questions regarding the Sunday/Wednesday Night schedule, please contact – Lisa Noble.
Parent + Child Dedication
This ceremony is simply an outward demonstration of our heart posture to give back to God what He has so graciously given us. Dedications occur twice per year: Thanksgiving and Mother’s Day.
As a prerequisite for participation, we host a parent dinner to communicate not only the heart behind child dedications and the commitment being made as parents, but important information regarding the ceremony as well.
*The next Dedication Ceremony will take place SUNDAY, MAY 10.
The Parent Orientation Dinner will take place on FRIDAY, MAY 08. Childcare is available. Online registration will close April 26.
At theCHURCH, we believe that serving is an important part of one’s journey with Christ. We have several volunteer opportunities including Sunday morning teacher, weekday volunteer, and curriculum resources.

The Special Needs Ministry does more than care for children with special needs; we teach them about Jesus in ways that are meaningful to them based on their developmental, behavioral, and sensory needs. For more information visit the Special Needs page.

SAFE AND SECURE
Children are securely checked in at kiosks stationed right outside the preschool environment. Before entering, a security sticker with the child’s name, the parents’ names, classroom assignment along with a 6-digit number is printed and secured on the child’s clothing. Parents receive a matching security tag that must be shown when entering our environment, when picking up children at the classroom door, and when exiting the preschool environment.
All volunteers serving in our ministry have submitted an application, passed a background check and completed an interview before serving. Volunteers serve in teams, which provide an accountability structure in every area of the environment.
