What is BattleCreek Kids?

Kids, ages birth to 5th grade, will experience a fun and engaging environment with biblical lessons, meaningful worship, and intentional discipleship. We aim to foster a sense of community where each child feels valued, loved, and supported by dedicated dream teamers. BattleCreek Kids is passionate about partnering with you, the parent, through relationships and resources so your child’s spiritual growth continues at home.

Get Connected

Each campus has a designated check-in area where you will register your family on your first Sunday. To ensure your child’s safety, at check in, you will be given a name tag for your child that includes a security code and a corresponding tag for yourself. You must show your matching tag when your child is picked up.

Nursery
The nursery provides a nurturing environment with volunteers who are passionate about caring for your child as you worship. Be sure to let volunteers know of any specific needs or requests that you may have for your child.

Preschool (2 Years – 5 Years)
Our preschool ministry provides a space where kids begin to encounter the love of Jesus through age-appropriate teachings, fun activities, and creative play. We will lay a foundation of faith and begin fostering a lifelong relationship with God as they take their first steps in their spiritual journey.

Elementary (Kindergarten – 3rd Grade)
Elementary age kids are a part of a consistent small group where they will grow in their relationship God and experience His love in a personal way. Kids will build intentional community to share, pray, and have fun together. Groups are supported with engaging lessons, worship music, and interactive activities. Every week, kids learn who God is, who we are in Him, and how to love others.

Verge (4th & 5th Grade)

Verge is a place where 4th and 5th graders can grow deeper in their faith, build strong friendships, and discover their unique gifts. Verge students have a consistent small group they meet with each week after an engaging lesson and worship. We want to help them discover the joy of God’s word and empower them to live out their faith in their everyday lives.

Kids Camp, Summer 2024

Every summer, we host day camp where kids get to experience a meaningful fun-filled week where Jesus and His Word is front and center and the fun is non-stop. Each part of the day provides kids new opportunities to learn more about the Bible, deepen their faith, and grow in their character. This years camp is June 3-7!

Parent Child Dedications

BattleCreek Kids wants to partner with parents in advancing their child’s journey with Christ. Parent Child Dedications is the perfect beginning to this partnership. This is a special weekend experience where families come together and are surrounded by a supportive community as they commit to raising their child in a Christ centered home. Our Next PCD is May 12!
